Think of yourself as a very loving parent with great love for your child.
Picture yourself as having great and supernatural power to care for your child.
Now would you want everything that you allow to come into your child's life each day to lead to your child's happiness?
If you loved that child enough would you be crucified for it so that it could be set free from a jail sentence that it had because of its crimes...; or you would be willing to go through a painful operation because your child needed a new kidney and you were the one who was to donate it? In view of this love would you not see to it that everything you allow to come into your child's life would be for your child's happiness?
If you will not believe that everything that God allows to come into your life is leading to your greater happiness, then you are saying you are better and more loving toward your children than God is toward his children.
Scripture says that all things work together for the good and happiness for those who love God . Will you trust that everything that has ever come into your life will lead to your happiness and greater good as you decide to trust God and love him?? How are you doing on living "the now" and embracing what is? How are you doing at seeing Jesus in what He gives you each day and each hour to lead to your ultimate happiness and to purify you and make you capable of heaven? He loves you and is there for you to bring great happiness out of everything He allows to come into your life. Embrace what is. This means: accept the present with all of its pain and imperfection and weakness and problems etc. And keep proclaiming the truth "Jesus, you love me no matter what, and You will bring good out of it all!!"
I claim this truth and I will stand on it and rejoice – I have everything in You !! Happiness forever... forgiveness of all my sins... a place in heaven... and, a reward, a great reward for hanging in there when it is not that easy.
Jesus, You are with me and I trust in Your love for me! I will do my best to rejoice in Your unconditional, infinite, constant love and in Your care for me and my loved ones.
"Jesus I trust in you!" Start again and again and trust it will all work for your good -- be the good thief and steal heaven every day and every hour !
It is most important to keep proclaiming the truth of Jesus' love for you over and over again - especially when you are discouraged and lost in all of the trials and difficulties!!
